The Journey of An Artist

International artist Louis Kavouras in his fourth one-man show. Joe swims life's river, revealing dreams, struggles of an artist/human being - an average yet extraordinary Joe. Sensual, poetic kinetic journey incorporating dance, theater, and film, with actor Michael Lugering. Film by New York Filmmaker Tad Mike.

TECHNICAL NEEDS:

Space

1. Designed for a 25’ square performance/stage space

2. Smooth danceable floor (preferably wood or marley)

3. White cyc or white back wall to project upon

(we can bring a 12 foot x 22 foot white drop to hang)

Props/Lighting

1. Two stools without backs

2. Video projector (we can supply but prefer to use one at the location)

Audio

1. Mixing board patched into the sound system

(we can provide a small one)

2. Actor needs a wireless microphone (we can provide).

This is patched into the mixing board.

3. Audio from our video camera is patched into the mixing board.

4. A sound operator must be able to mix the audio from the video camera and the actor’s microphone
